THD E11 Tiger Burst
Another electric. My take on a LP style body, but smaller. And more delicious and butricious.
This one is all pretty standard fare. The pickups are a couple of Guitar Fetish mini-humbuckers with vintage ‘50s style wiring in the Volume and Tone pots. This is my preferred wiring scheme over the “modern” way as it gives more tonal control over the pickups.
I want to throw this one together pretty quick to test out a few techniques. In my rush, I actually made the neck to acoustic specs which means it is wide at the nut - 46mm instead of 42mm - for an electric.
Was planning to do a honey burst finish, but wound up with a “tiger burst.” It’ll work.
